How did it all begin:
1884 – South of Adelaide on the banks of the River Angas in Strathalbyn. Protector of the people, Edward Jones Tucker, establishes a bustling law firm and served 3 terms as Strathalbyn’s Mayor. He acted as conveyancer, executor, and legal advisor to residents. Here, our story begins.
2011 – Dulwich, Adelaide. Tireless protector
of people’s rights, Andrew Wright opens WK Lawyers. This is the start of another story.
2014 – CBD, Adelaide. It’s time to expand our reach beyond regional communities. Our story is clear; we are here for the people of South Australia.
2019 – The 2 stories become one. Boylan Lawyers and WK Lawyers merge. A new chapter for Boylan Lawyers.
Today – Boylan Lawyers has 9 offices, over 20 lawyers and almost 50 staff. Clients are now supported from offices in Adelaide CBD, Elizabeth, Strathalbyn, Victor Harbor, Port Augusta, Port Pirie, Whyalla, Coober Pedy. An unrivalled footprint across South Australia, and now also in Hobart, Tasmania. To be involved in and to serve local communities is key to a business’ success. We have a total around 30 women (legal and client services teams) currently employed with Boylan Lawyers.
