Staying Aligned With Your Business Values – Vasso Fessas

In today’s world, it’s important for organisations to be aligned to their values – alignment drives engagement, productivity and success. We also know that alignment with personal values provides purpose, increases motivation and brings a sense of joy.

Join us for our Adelaide Hills dinner when Success Coach and Founder of Sweet and Sour Life Coaching, Vasso Fessas, will help us explore and discover the power of our business values and identify any misalignment or conflicts!

As business owners, creators, leaders, we often put the focus on doing “ALL the things” and we can easily fail to recognise the importance of being aligned. Vasso will help us go deep and get clear on your business values, learn why VALUES are so important and how they impact your decision-making and motivation, sometimes without you even realising it and discover how to identify misalignment and conflicts and start the process to change.

With over 15 years human resource management and coaching and facilitation experience, Vasso is also a Certified Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) Trainer & Master Coach and a Trainer & Facilitator of Leadership, Influence & Wellbeing. She has worked in various industries throughout her career including sporting, hospitality and stadium management, NDIS and recruitment, through the not for profit, private and government sectors.

The function is open to all women in business – members and non-members, those who manage, own or work in a business or those who think they’d like to be in business.

The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive. You’re encouraged to also bring a friend along too who might also have interests in this area. Come along and find out more about the opportunities it presents for you.
