Women in Business Online dinner – 29/9/2021
September 29 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm ACST
“Living and working stress free – tips and tools for staying calm and relaxed”
Are you stressed at work … at home? Is it just a fact of life for you? Or can you see that although you are okay now, stress is looming up on the horizon?
If you find stress is becoming part of your life join us for our online dinner. Our presenter, Jo-anne Cain will be sharing with us some empowering tools that she has used every day to bring a sense of calm and peace in stressful times.
Jo-anne will tell us about some simple ways to not only survive, but to thrive, in the times we are living in. Whilst we are led to believe that we have no control of our emotions and that people, events and situations can “make” us feel a certain way, Jo-anne has been so inspired by what she has learned and the changes it has made to her life, that she wants to share so others can benefit.
Jo-anne, Mum of three adult children and ‘Jojo’ to two beautiful granddaughters, like most people, has lived a life of ups and downs. She has had a couple of times when her life has turned on a 10 cent coin and gone in a direction she couldn’t have imagined, as if someone took the movie script she had written of how her life was meant to unfold, rewriting the ending without asking her if it was OK.
For Jo-anne, studying Reiki and Counselling, and then Social Work and NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy and Quantum Consciousness has been her saviour. During this training much of her healing took place when they practiced the modalities on each other and this healing is continuing today.
So join us and find out how Jo-anne’s tips and tools for staying calm and relaxed can help you in your day-to-day home and work life.
The function is open to all women in business – members and non-members, those who manage, own or work in a business or those who think they’d like to be in business.
At our online functions we’re aiming to allow participants to get the feel of our usual physical functions so, where possible, you will have the chance to introduce yourself and give a very quick summary of what you do and where you’re from. You’ll be able to ask questions during the function.
On entering the virtual function your microphone will be muted and we ask that you only unmute it when you wish to speak to avoid interference.
You can choose to join us with your video on or off. You will be sent a link to join the event. Our online programs are delivered via the Zoom platform.
