Women in Business dinner – Yorke Peninsula – Monday 20 September – Weeroona Hotel – 5.30pm
“The importance of prioritising self care for business success”
If you want to give the best to your business, you need to look after yourself.
In our busy lives of juggling many balls which can include families, friends, business, and so much more, we can forget to prioritise self care into the mix.
At our Yorke Peninsula dinner at the Weeronna Hotel in Wallaroo we have Bridget Johns, Declutter Coach, Life Organiser and owner of Be Simply Free to help us take a fresh look at looking after ourselves so we can then look after our business success.
Be Simply Free exists to help women reduce their mental load and find more time to collect moments not things by decluttering their homes, phones, calendars and minds! Bridget helps you move from stress, to less and live a life of more! Her intuitive, supportive and encouraging style of support is for you if you’re tired and overwhelmed trying to juggle ALL the work/life/home balls in the air. Bridget helps her clients take a good hard look at all the balls they are juggling, sort through and work out what is truly important in their lives.
The function is open to all women in business – members and non-members, those who manage, own or work in a business or those who think they’d like to be in business.
The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive. You’re encouraged to also bring a friend along too who might also have interests in this area. Come along and find out more about the opportunities it presents for you.
