Victor Harbor’s Kita Scott has a vision, to help women in the Victor Harbor area become more competent and confident speakers and communicators.
Kita, a foundation member of the Women in Business Regional Network, has received approval from the Aldinga Toastmasters Club to set up a Victor Harbor club. The Aldinga branch has also provided some seed funding.
Network members from Victor Harbor and Strathalbyn were recently treated to presentations by Kita as part of our effective networking sessions.
At those functions Kita outlined her vision to bring Toastmasters International to Victor Harbor.
What is “Toastmasters International”? Toastmasters International is a USA headquartered non-profit educational organisation that operates clubs worldwide for the purpose of helping and supporting members improve their communication, public speaking, and leadership skills.
