What does your business do? BOSS Business Office Support Services provides a range of services including Business Consulting and Mentoring, outsourced office support services and Project Works.
Business Consulting and Mentoring includes hosting workshops in person across South Australia and via Zoom (screen sharing) across Australia. Our workshops and mentoring cover a range of business functions from digital solutions, bookkeeping, human resources, strategic and financial strategies.
We have an Outsourced team based in Port Lincoln, Australia – nothing is outsourced overseas! We can manage the reception, administration, bookkeeping / BAS, human resources / payroll, reporting functions for busy business owners that love to focus on what they are good at!
Project works are tailored to meet the needs of the project in person and remotely. These works can be just about anything where the business owner just needs the extra hands or brain power! Project works have included simple tasks such us creating documents/spreadsheets through to reviewing the business operations and implementation of new technologies and workflows inclusive of training.

Name two things you’ve learned during your journey: Always tell it how it is, good or bad it’s best to know the truth – this way you can make the most informed decisions. Never assume, always clarify and ask questions. We can’t all be good at the same thing.
